RV parks in West Monroe Louisiana?

Pavilion RV park at exit 112 is OK for an overnight stop. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

All of the rv parks in w Monroe are sub par in my opinion. We stay in Delhi LA at Poverty Point state park. It is about 35 mins outside but is well worth the drive Not far off I20

We went thru W. Monroe two weeks ago and ate at Sam's....a plain, but really good, seafood restaurant. It is on the West side of town and just off an exit in the NW quadrant of the exit. I ordered the 4 pc. catfish dinner and it came out with NINE pieces! I told the server, and he said "we always give you more than you expect." (A very good business strategy). Mine was with two sides for only $7.99. Wife ordered 3 shrimp and 3 catfish....it came with FOUR shrimp and SIX catfish for $9.99. Food was delicious and the server and mgr. were both very nice!
