Has anyone used a Scan Gauge on their diesel pusher? Do you recommend the purchase of one and is it cost effective? George

I use it mainly for water temperature (Digital over Analog) gauge on my CAT engine and Freightliner chassis. Including displaying the fault codes.
I am slowly getting used to the trip functions. Functions such as GPH and such are not accurate, mainly because CAT, MB or Cummins do not have a turbine flow meter to measure fuel flow. But you can calibrate to be close.
