Three things
1: The hose likely will fit through the hole. HOWEVER on some RV's the "nozzle" (the male connector) can swivel or otherwise move a bit for better alignment.
2: I too have a Titan Hose (Mentioned above thanks for saving me the typing) and it is very nice. I am not currently using it as I use the model it replaced, slightly modified.
3: IF you have problems reacing in and removing the cap. (or replacing it) and'or twisting the hose on/off (The Titan has a feature to make that easier) A "Slip joint pliars" Type oil filter wrench is the fix.. I've been doing it that way for about a month now and every time I pull the cap off I kick myself for not figuring it out sooner. A forum member ask a question that got me thinking and YES I figured out the answer.
Another thing that may help.. A short CLEAR extension.. Mine is 5 inches. Brings the hose fitting to just BELOW the RV.
