With my Bigfoot truck camper, if the camper is lower on the passenger side the shower doesn't drain properly, and the water from the kitchen sink sometimes "washes" the bathroom floor. There is very little drop from the shower base to the grey water tank, and the piping is such that this happens. I just make sure that the camper is level, and there is no problem.
