Vent Pipe has slipped down into grey tank and gets blocked with water.

Cutout disc fell inside tank and wasn't removed(plumbing lines in, vent line or outlet drain cutouts)
Disc has gotten pulled down to outlet and obstructing flow
when i got up top it doesn't look like the drain pipe fell in. how would I be able to tell the other one about the cut out. water is actually draining out when i open the valve though
