Snap Disc Thermostat for Norcold external fans

I am going to install some extra fans behind the 1200 Norcold. I have read where others used a disc thermostat that was NO and closed at 130. Where can I obtain one of these? I know they are cheap ite...

On really hot days the fans shut off a couple of hours after dark. I also ordered a 120/100 at the same time but was happy with the 110/90 and never changed it. It's mounted a foot or so below the roof and kind of a pain to pull the vent cap to get at it.
