I have a factory installed solar panel on a 2006 american tradition. If I put the battery disconnect in store will it work? Or do I need to turn on the main circuit and the charger fuse panel?

The 100% sure way is to use a voltmeter.

That's the way our Bounder worked and our Winnebago works that way as well.

American Coach typically hard wires the solar panel so it will not be affected by
disconnecting your battery banks for storage.

Unless some previous owner changed the set-up, as long as the sun is shining you are getting a trickle charge.

Hi Mrrkva,

That depends on how the installer wired it. Get a meter. Measure the voltage at the battery bank when you KNOW charging is happening. Note it down. Then turn off the battery disconnect switch and check the battery voltage again. If it has dropped then you will have your answer.

Do you know how many watts the panel is?

Opinions you get might be helpful but you NEED a meter to be sure.
