Cue the maniacal Doctor Frankenstein laughter.
If you'd like to see the Sofa-bed in full electrified operation check out my first ever YouTube video.
YouTube Presents: Sofa-Bed Action!
Catchy title, No? I wonder how many people will happen across it while searching for something completely different. The sofa-bed is NOT as loud in real life as it seems in the video.
I sometimes wondered if I'd make it this far. I'm down right giddy.

Congratulation!!! Well done indeed...
To my knowledge you have accomplished an industry first.
A powered sofa/bed where the back doesn't extend beyond the original starting point while reclining and/or in the down position. Henry Ford had the Model T...and 'they' scoffed "Get A horse"
The Wright Brothers flew and at first 'they' ignored them.
NASA landed a Man on the Moon and 'they' claimed it was all faked.
The 'they' of RV Net may not appreciate the greatest innovation to RVing since Wally invented the Air Stream, but you are soon to be, if not already, the one the RV establishment is referring to when they say "Mr. Sofa/Bed Powered Recliner" at their little after-hour fund-raiser cocktail events at the great RV museum in Elkhart.
Unfortunately, the shiny, vacuous Starbucks culture we all live in is making these home built innovations more rare with every passing year. Modern-day tinkers just aren't producing spellbinding edifices like your Powered Sofa/Bed anymore.
It is almost inevitable that someday when the RV manufacturing industry is moved to the Orient and we're all owning down-sized Rigs, your invention will be copied and massed produced. Then and only then, will your achievement be honored, enjoyed and studied by future generations.
