Has your issues with Streets and trips been resolved? Like the error oxc004d301 and the driver issue with win10? If it is still a issue I have found the right phone number with Microsoft. It took them 10 min to resolve all my problems and up and running perfectly. I don't know if I should post that number here or people PM me. I'll do what ever is appropriate.
You must be on your computer and they have to have access to your computer, so if you don't want them on it don't call them. Have patience with them they have a foreign accent but I'm telling you they definitely know what they are doing.

If you google that error you'll find that a lot of people have lost the use of their S&T because of Licensing Initialization error. The latest version of Win10 will not always retrieve the driver for the GPS. This is what happened to me and I got that phone number from Microsoft and mostly any help from them now is they access your computer. That way they don't have to deal with people with no computer knowledge.
No charge for my situation.
