Just looking for route and road info from Gainseville area to Asheville NC but would love any camping suggestions along the way. We are a 34' Class A with tow vehicle, gas not diesel.
Is it better to unhook when driving through this section of the mountians or is state Rt 23 ok for pulling?
Ga 23 is a divided four lane to US 441. Other than a pretty good hill north of Franklin, 441 and then US 74/23 to I-40 is an easy route. North of Dillard is River Vista RV resort and the Dillard House is a good place to eat.
