Expedition Vehicles build on something like this(same Company makes a Motorhome version) This is IVECO based

SLR Commander. Build Motorhomes and Off Road Caravans. They are working on a 6x6 MAN powered rig.

It appears that way, but we do not have E350/450 Cab Chassis Vans. We jump from the Euro sourced Vans to Japanese light trucks for heavier Class C's if want to Off Road you can use European/Japanese 4x4 MDT Trucks that are closer to your Class 8's in ability
