A couple of years ago we were in the Dallas area when the state inspection came due. The inspection station had me sign an affidavit stating I was not required to have an emissions inspection because my county of residence did not require one. The registration sticker shows the county where the vehicle is registered.
Do you recall the name and location of the station. The 2 I called in N. Dallas gave a no answer. Thanks.

It was in Lewisville on the west side of the highway. I do not remember the road name. It is the exit south of Main St. State inspections are all they do.
