We are looking at class A motorhomes. A guy told us that good year tires are known for going out of round. Is this guy full of BS or can someone help me understand what he is talking about and if it is true how do you know if a tire is out of round?
Never had that problem, but they do wear a lot more and would never buy them again. In fact and as said before, I've quit paying for any name and installed 4 genuine Chinese Hercules on the drive axle before our last US tour and beyond. So far, we're happy with them and especially for under $200 each, delivered to the inside of our garage with no shipping and no tax, courtesy of Amazon. A local shop did the mounting and balance for a nominal fee, so we couldn't beat that with a stick IMO.
