Toilet Valve opens early
Can't find this exact problem listed anywhere. As you know, the toilet is designed so that when you push the foot lever just a bit, that should open the water valve, then push it to the floor to open...

It is a Thetford toilet. Should be able to push about halfway down to let water in without opening the waste valve at the bottom, then push all the way to open that waste valve. Seems like I would need to remove it and maybe look under it for something that came loose from the foot lever?
