That is NOT correct. EVERY TV sold has OTA TV tuners. There are cheap MONITORS sold and these are NOT TV's. They are MONITORS designed to be connected to a computer, DVD, Cable box or other output device needing an HDMI or similar connection.
Again, these are NOT TV's as one would use to watch Over the Air programming.
