I contacted Don Boyd at Tiffin, and he was almost certain that it was a circuit breaker rated at 135 amps. He also told me that this circuit powered up the dash and the ignition switch. He did say that this was a Freightliner chassis part and to contact Freightliner to get 100% verification on it and that they could supply it for me.

Disconnect it and see if the dash is dead, that way you know for sure.
