Can anyone give me an idea of a good price on a 2006 Alfa Gold, 400 cummins. Well maintained. 70,000 miles.

His other posts imply he already owns it... Original post didn't say if he was trying to buy, sell, or just wondering.

OP?? Get your answer? Care to expand on the question?

Well, you don't want to pay more than low retail for it and hopefully under.

Even at that and with what this rig might cost, I'd be looking at something else and just for an example, maybe an 05 or 06 LE like I have with a side radiator on a Spartan chassis, along with a C9 400HP CAT.

What has been said is largely true. The ones that were good, the owners were/are real happy with them.

While I agree Alfa had many issues with their motorhome line up, I have seen a few very clean, well maintained Alfa pushers lately. But, you better be handy at fixing the small and large issues that might arise although that can be said of any used product. Good Luck...

10-12 years ago a friend moved to another town to work at a different RV dealer that did not sell Alfa MHs...he could not keep selling them as the problems were that bad and there was no support. I guess at $45K you would have enough money left over to keep it on the road.

I believe Alfa had a lot of problems with their fiberglass.
I have never owned one so I can't give you any real experience.
Do a Google search for Alfa motorhome problems, it may help.
