Walk around while Class C in motion?

Only DW and I are in the MH while in motion. She doesn't drive it, so I am always strapped in the drivers seat, and I don't set the cruise control so I can go to the bathroom. :B
DW stays strapped in unless there is a need, then she does not hesitate to get up and walk around. Bathroom, kitchen (she does bring me food and drinks). That is about it.
