To be honest, we don't watch that much TV. I can't even remember the last time it was extended for use. Wife watches DVDs, I watch campfires. I do know that the bedroom TV has never been turned on, thinking of what else the space may be useful for.
But there may be a day that we will need it and better to be prepared than not.
