Water Drip

Are you using your roof A/C? Although the condensation on mine runs off the roof, some RVs actually have a drain line for the roof A/C.

Open the fridge and at the rear is the drip pan for the fridge when it defrosts. Check to see if that pan contains any water. It's easily removed and cleaned if necessary. Attached to that pan may be the hose in question. On the 1200LRIM that hose ran to a separate pan in the fridge compartment accessed thru the outside panel, but on yours it most likely simply drains under the coach.

If yours is like the one in the video, (cleaner I hope :) ) then I'd check to ensure your fridge is defrosting properly. I'd also make sure the drain pans are clean and no debris accumulated in the drain lines. Sometimes when the drain is clogged, the defrosted water accumulates in that pan then drains out. Most likely you've either never noticed it before or because it is designed to empty slowly you've not seen it. But, if that pan fills up and empties at once you'll see more water drain out....Dennis

Water wouldn't be coming from overflow water tank hose unless tank was full. Most likely from fridge.

Thanks, Scott & Hank! Hank my coach is very similar to yours a 04 35U. I have overfilled my freshwater tank one time and the water just spilled out toward the back of the tank. I can’t ever remember water coming out of that black hose before! Thanks, Rooster

We have a 2003 Adventurer 35U so may be a different layout than yours. The overflow for the fresh water tank comes out of the top of the tank and down through the floor. Dumps right on top of one of the mufflers, or maybe a catalytic converter, don't remember. Fridge drain goes out the back into a tank behind the vent cover. Low point drain goes through the floor next to water heater. That's the only drains I know of, oh, the drain for the fresh water tank but that's a large hose, over an inch. Only time I've seen water come out of overflow/vent is when filling the tank. When it starts overflowing I know it's full.

That's the vent line for the fresh water tank. Because of the way it was installed and plumbed, some (maybe a lot) of the water will escape out of it while going down the road.

My refrigerator drain is so that the water would drain out on the ground when it is defrosted. If yours is dripping now you may want to check if something was spilled, a container is leaking, or the refrigerator is not cooling properly and some ice in the freezer is melting.

Thanks Ron, my guess would be the frig, my water heater is way more forward!

My refrigerator has a drain hose that exits under the coach. My WH overflow from high temperature, also exits under the coach. I also have a fresh water tank overflow that exits under the floor on the opposite side of the fresh water tank. This hose used to siphon water out of my fresh water tank until I put a plug in it. The only other hose that drains under my coach is from the dash AC.
Any chance that it is one of those hoses?
