water pump not pumping water

I have a 2006 jayco granite ridge class c and we can get city water to work fine but cannot get any water when we switch to the water tank it is full set on normal just like manual says can feel the lines vibrate any problem solving advice what am I missing

It may be air locked. Try turning on the pump while connected to city water.

Thank You when I have the settings to normal do the other controls need to be in the off or closed to work like the sanitize, winterize, city water ?

Check see if the winterizing valve is turned the correct way, one way it will draw in fluid to winterize and the other way to draw water from the water tank.
