Funnier yet are the coaches where there ARE seatbelts on the rearward facing dinette bench and has the sticker "This seat not for Occupancy while vehicle is in motion." So, why are the seatbelts there? "Hey kids, lunch is served. Buckle up!" LOL And yes, there ARE such rigs out there. 🙂

Mine has no belts for the rear facing dinette seat, in fact, there is a little sticker that states "This seat not for Occupancy while vehicle is in motion". I have no idea why.

I thought of that but my rear facing seat at the dinette doesn't have belts.
You might check, mine has a steel bar across under the dinette at floor level that they are attached to. If it does you might be able to attach them there.
