YNP fall of 2014..????

My wife and are planning a trip out here in Sept. on the 10th or so. I was wanting to stay in Grizzly RV park too. Seems like the good location. We will be coming from the south and then heading to Glacier after about a week.

Its what REAL photographers use to make pictures. You dont REALLY need a laptop and Photoshop to get good pics..!!!:S

If so, the luckiest people will be those sitting on top of the caldera. The rest of the country (probably the world) will experience multiple feet of ash falling which will render farmland sterile. Transportation, communications and basic services will fail. Temperatures will plummet due to the ash cloud. Sulfuric acid rain will add to the ambiance. Food shortages will lead to famine and almost certainly the breakdown of society. That is what the lucky survivors have to look forward to.

And I'll be waiting...dressed in my flip flops...Bermuda shorts...sunglasses and straw hat....but on the HOT days I might switch to a loin cloth and a pocket knife!!:E
