Camp Chef: Great Customer Service

I purchased a new Camp Chef grill from an eBay store and upon arrival, found one piece was cracked.
I called Camp Chef fully expecting to pay for a replacement. With no questions asked, they sent out a new part at no charge.

Thank you, Camp Chef. Great job!
  • Ain't it nice when a company does what it is suppose to do!!

Sad thing is that we (consumers) are surprised when it happens.

WE should be surprised when it doesn't!

    Kudos to Camp Chef

Wonder how their cast iron cookwear is??
  • I have their ultimate roaster and 1 other cast iron cookware and I am pleased with both. Shop around, the prices can vary greatly.

  • Love their products and very glad to see they have great customer service too.
  • All cast iron has stress. Old iron was aged to remove/relax the stress. Today that isn't the case, so it is good to see that at least one manufacturer realizes the potential there and does the right thing. About thirty miles from me is a pipe plant that does large valves for industry. They are cast overseas and sit in their yard for as much as a year before they are machined. The time allows the iron to relax. The small margins on cookware, probably don't allow for this.
