The Shed in Santa Fe again for posole with garlic bread and everything else on the menu.
Then there's Moab Brewery in Utah for outstanding salads and great beer.
Fresh shrimp off the boats at Gay Seafood store near Hunting Island State Park, SC.
Jordan Pond House in Acadia National Park for popovers and lobster quiche.
Salmon anywhere in Atlantic Canada.
And anything available the next place we go in the Keys. Three weeks and counting.
