Breakfast casseroles are getting more popular.

But I grew up on broiled French Toast (no spices). Could never stomach the soggy pan-fried style. Even from restaurants, it left me wanting Mom's style with a twist-Sourdough or Wheat bread for more flavor.

Yummy, that really looks good. Unfortunately we are old people that have to watch our weight and stay away from the foods we love like bread, pasta, & rice. We do break that tradition once in a while and that sure looks good.
