Breville BOV800XL will be a great choice. If you concern about the size, BOV650 and BOV450 could be alternative. It depends on how many people are you going to serve at the same time and how much space will you spare for the toaster oven.

Depending on what your requirements are the NuWave might be a candidate. You might do some research to see if it can do what you want.

We have one similar to this. Wife has baked cookies and baked chicken. We use the over more than the stove top but would buy another one when this goes belly up.

Another vote for a powerful convection/microwave. I've enjoyed this model for almost 30 years and am only on my 2nd unit. It bakes nicely and can roast a nice sized piece of meat:

An alternative to consider is a combination microwave and convection oven combination. I have one about six years old that works great. You need to work on the learning curve for the "convection" cooking, but it does the job and is only slightly larger than a quality microwave.

I had a black and decker that even had a rotisserie in it. Loved it, but it took up too much room when I went full time in a class C.

We use a Bravetti its much smaller than a normal oven but larger than a normal toaster oven and has convection and is very useful. Eddy
