Smokey Black Bean Soup Recipe Anyone?

Hey All,Anyone have a recipe for Black Bean Soup? Had this soup at a restaurant a few years back and have been thinking about this soup ever since! It had smoked pork/ham in it and a little spice to it as well. Served with tortilla straws on top and a big blob of sour cream. I tried a recipe off the internet but it was only so so.Thanks

There are a lot of restaurant copycat recipes on the internet. Just enter "copycat (name of restaurant) black bean soup" and it may pop up.

For smoky flavor I like to use Eckrich smoked sausage in my bean soups. Works well with just the right balance.
