Today's Entree in the Big Easy

OMG! On Saturday, I fixed the most juicy turkey I had ever had. Wow, that was good! Smothered it with olive oil before putting it in the grill. Also, added some hickory chips. Took about 2 1/2 hours on the medium setting. You cooking time may vary. It was a 20 pounder.

Hadn't thought of those, thanks for the idea's!

KLO, you can pick the metal drip pans up at Wal Mart, Pep Boys, or just about any auto parts store.

Nice (cleaner) for keeping temp gauge, cooking basket etc off the bare ground.

Great minds think alike. I use one of those drip pans with my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker!

On Saturday, we fixed country style ribs hanging on hooks in the Big Easy. They turned out great!

I made my first post for the Big N Easy back in 2004. That is how old ours is and still use it.
