What grill...

Up to twenty people but great for 2, huh?
Welllllllll my answer to that question might not be orthodox.

Currently, I travel with a Weber Go Any Where which works for up to 5 people (depends on the menu) and then just add on as needed.

Add-ons could be utilizing a camp fire/a Coleman white gas stove/ patio sized Weber as well.

It took some time but I decided that cooking for my core group (up to 4) was fine for storage purposes. No longer have a problem telling/asking excess guests to bring a heating appliance and taking it home too.

I'm a charcoal cooker.

20 people?!!
Storage space in an RV is precious. I would not use up one inch of my storage space to carry a grill large enough to feed 20 people on the one or two occasions that you entertain that many people.

Instead of asking your guests to 'bring a dish to pass'....tell them to bring their BBQ grill with them! :B

Potluck includes all us.....2, 4.....50. We never go hungry.

Get two. One for twenty and I have no clue which one, and a Weber Little Smokey Joe. Maybe you can store the Smokey inside the one for 20.

For 20 people I would be looking at large home grills, not "camping" grills. I know a couple people who camp with their big home grill. Not that big a deal storing it, as they put in the back of their pickup while towing TT. When planning a group meal, hard to beat a full size grill.

I prefer propane - easier for me to plan meals (just hit "light" button to start grilling) and cleanup afterwards (no ashes).

I love eating from charcoal and especially smokers, though!

Camp chef three burner big gas cooktop with a grill that sits on top of two of the burners. All of it fits in my front pass through. I have been using it for five years now and like it, it also has a cast iron skillet you can buy if needed.

I don't think you will find a grill that is big enough for 20 people and then magically shrinks to a size appropriate for two people. You need two grills.

Most everyone you talk to always likes the WEBSTER model for just your camping family. I went with the COLEMAN ROADTRIP which comes with a nice wheeled tote and has several different cooking tops. It also has the water reservoir that collect all of the grease coming from the cook tops and makes for very easy cleanup...

Cooking for 20 people will take a pretty big cooking setup perhaps a 50-gallon barrel cut in half and welded up frame...

The advantages to these choices it you do the assembly and do not have to put the legs on them you could choose for example to mount the big one on a hitch mount. I have the large and portable ones.

Big Brother - the one for the 20 people.
Medium - could use either way on this one.
Portable - I like this one for 2 - 4.

First of all, thank you to everyone for your suggestions. Obviously the 20 vs 2 was a little more of a gap then I was imagining.

I'm really leaning towards this one. It's only 71 lbs new and could mounted or shortened to fit in the bed of the truck easily with the 5er. I can't imagine grilling on something much smaller (lack of experience I guess... I like my space).

I might also look into something like this for when it's just the wife and I... propane would be easier for a quick meal and cleanup is probably easier on the smaller grill.
