Is my Wilson Sleek broken or do i not know how to use it?

This is the one I got used on craigslist. I drove out to flat farmland, 15 minutes from town. Two bars, no/intermittent data, and 103db without the sleek. Plugged in the sleek and put the antenna...

Voice on 1900 data on 1.7/2.1 Don.t have anything to do with product . If not working and still under warranty . Call the manufacturer.


Thanks Maxi. It's not under warranty.

Have we determined that the antenna position is not the problem, or is that still a possibility?

And is there anything else i could have been doing wrong? I hate to think I just wasted my money :(.
