Tech Support Phone for DirectTV

Thanks - apparently, he eventually got the service restored - took all day. Not sure why or what happened, but got the NBA game tonight, which was bumming him out if he missed it ... thanks for the offer.

Yes, I agree -- Was asking for a buddy that lost service and can't get it back ... some kind of change in service notice from DirectTV and all he gets is "robots" ... but he's not a Rv.net member - some guys on here have more direct numbers, sometimes ...

I have no clue what the issue is - he's in Oregon, and we're in Florida, so can't pop over a take a peek.

I work for AT&T and may be able to escalate the issue internally, depending on what it is. I'd need details like what the notice said and any ticket numbers he may have. PM me if he continues to have trouble.
