Transferring Favorites from Windows 10 PC IPad

Question

I have a Dell Windows 10 PC and would like to transfer my favorites from the PC to my Apple Airpad 2. Anybody know how to do this or can give me a link to how to do this. Have done a web search but with no luck.

I use the Google Crome browser on both PC and iPad. One is the exact mirror image of the other. If I make changes on one it automatically updates the other.

I recently got an IPad, switched from a PC. Use chrome on both. When I loaded chrome on the IPad the switch just happened to my joy.
