Need help finding MH that fits our needs

Hi all,

New to MH's, have done tent and TT camping before though. Here's the situation:

My wife and I are looking for a MH, somewhere between 30 and 35 foot long, with a bunkhouse setup (mainly for extra inside storage, but also because our teenage boys will be coming with us, as will our pets). We are planning to do some local or regional camping to start, but might also start doing regional shows or fairs selling specialized clothing, so will have merchandise to carry as well.

Been looking at both Class A and Class C rigs...Class A is a Coachmen Mirada 35BH, Class C is a Jayco Greyhawk 32FS as examples. Both use the Triton V-10. Need to stay under $100k new. Wife wants new based on our really bad experience with our used TT.

The biggest concern I have is with a toad. I already own a 2002 Avalanche, which can be flat-towed as-is (already checked the owners manual). But it seems most gassers have a tow-weight limit of 5000 pounds, and the Av weighs in at around 5600. It would also exceed the GCVW by some amount. I need to keep the Avalanche so can't replace it with a different vehicle, and don't want to purchase yet another vehicle. The other vehicles I own would need to be trailered.

Will either of those rigs work? Diesel is not really an option due to cost. Is there another Class-A or Class-C with a higher tow capacity? Can either of those rigs be tweaked to allow more towing capacity?

Thanks for your feedback...
