I had somewhat different results with Coach-Net. Twice.
First time, my awning began to unfurl - After calling for service, I sat by the side of the road for several hours and repeat calls. They couldn't find anybody that would come out on Father's Day or even tell me that all I had to do was extend the awning and roll it back up and re-lock it. I was afraid to try that as I feared that I'd make it worse. They told me to limp down the road to an RV park and they'd send somebody the next day. When he showed up, he pulled it out, rewound it, and taped the arms with electrical tape, which doesn't keep it from happening again, as I found out later. But I made it home.
The second time, I had a flat tire. I was already parked at American Heritage in Williamsburg, Va. Four phone calls later,a guy showed up about 11 PM to fix it. They told me they couldn't figure out where I was. Understandable since you hardly ever see an RV in Williamsburg. Yeah, right.
I now have Good Sam and haven't needed them yet. We'll see. Can't be much worse.
