2010 Keystone Copper Canyon - Water Heater
I could use some guidance please on an issue I'm having with my 2010 Keystone Copper Canyon water heater. Yesterday, we had severe storms (normal in Florida), and I woke up to no power to the recessed microwave, and the water heater water ice cold.
I pulled all the inside fuses, reset the breakers (not popped), and that didn't work. Pulled the microwave out and did a voltage check on the receptacle (no power).
The water heater is heating up fine using gas. I do not know where/how to isolate what the issue is with no electric to those two items.
Breaker box outside has a surge protector on it, and the 50 amp breaker is fine. No other electrical issues inside. Are there outside fuses someplace that could have blown which could be the cause of no power?
thanks!!
Lou
