Auto switch

I want to put a generator on my Trailer. Looking on the internet for what I call a Auto Transfer Stitch (ATS) there are several to choose from, do not know witch one I should pick to meet my needs. My trailer has a 30 amp service. Witch one should I pick? One that is dependable and at a reasonable cost? I was also thinking of using a Double Pole Double Throw relay. What do you think I should do? Thanks

I agree with beemerphile why go to the trouble of installing a transfer switch just plug the trailer power cord into the generator.

Can't recommend a transfer switch but will point out an alternative. My trailer has a receptacle hard wired to the generator. I plug the shore power cord into the receptacle when I use generator power. Simple, low tech, and low cost.
