If you don't have a switch on the dash try folding by hand. Just don't get too exuberant, they should not need a lot of pressure.

The dash switch is for the mirror I don’t think it fold it in, in fact I don’t see that they wold fold in

No they do not fold in.

According to the picture on page 3-6 of the Owner's Manual for your year and model, it looks like the arm is solid with no ability to pivot the arm to fold in. Additionally, nowhere in section 3 does it mention anything about pivoting arms when outlining all the features and operation of the mirrors. So I guess based on the actual sales brochure, owner's manual and model parts list & diagram, it's safe to assume the answer is no.
