Don't forget Harbor Freight for a winch, that is where I bought mine so I can load my Jet Ski into the back of my TH.
Thanks for the the tip.. I have a local HF so I will go check them out. Any ideas on a bed attachment system for the winch? I would love a quick disconnect system so that I can remove the winch from the bed of the truck.
Thanks!
Jeremiah
If it were me, I would permanently mount the winch on the golf cart and just mount a ring on the bed of the truck. Never know when/where the GC might get stuck or disabled. Harbor Freight winches come in all sizes and are very reasonably priced.
EDIT. I purchased a small HF winch and mounted it on a 3/8" steel plate welded to a piece of 2" box tubing. It slides into my hitch reciever and powers off of my trailer connector on the bumper. Unfortunately that configuration will not pull anything into the bed of the truck.
Great idea about mouting the winch on the Cart.
