I purchase one every other year as the changes are minor

Typically I purchase one every other year, unless I am planning a multi-state trip, then I will get the current edition. Also major industry changes, like adding WiFi campgrounds necessitated a new edition.

After buying last year's huge awkward book I vowed to not buy another. My laptop weighs less than the book and is a lot more convenient to use.
