Honda 2000 cover

Question

I just bought a cover for my 2000 Honda. I got the heavy duty one, in silver, Honda P/N 08P58-Z07-100S from Amazon. I think it's a very good cover. It fits tightly over the generator with a tight elastic bottom around it. I'd put it in the back of the truck without any worry of it blowing off. The cover also comes with an opening flap in the top so you can reach inside to grab withouth having to take the cover off when moving the generator. The cost was $22.99.

We bought our two daughters each a Honda 2000 for Christmas a few years ago. Another nice product we found was the metal screw on handle. It's a metal cover that fits over the stock handle and is screwed on with special screws. It deters theft.

Many run a cable through the handle to lock the generator. It only takes a moment or two to saw through the plastic handle. This prevents that.

I store my EU2000i in a large Rubber Maid tub.  I cut slits in the side and run a chain lock through it and the handle.
