The climate package is a pair of 2" ducts from the furnace bleeding warm air into the underbelly. That is the way they have building their trailers for years. Winter camping will have the same risks as any other trailer, you need to figure out how you will protect the water lines, drain systems and what to do about condensation.

Wow, fancy name for 2 vents! So if I understand, keeping the propane furnace running will keep the water lines and fresh/grey/black from freezing, or will I need to skirt the trailer as well?

Don't bet on it, there is little planning of how to direct the hoses. It would be best to remove the underbelly covering and start over, at least mine was that bad. Plan on buying lots of propane, with the poor insulation in the walls, ceiling and belly along with a pair of hoses blowing outside, it is like heating the wind. Yes, closing in the bottom will allow lower temperature exposure, but these things are just not suited for winter living.

How cold is "Late Fall / Early Winter " camping for you ???

A little below freezing for a short period of time is a lot different then below 0 F all night long.

Late fall, early winter doesn't sound like extreme tundra climate.
Unless you live in Northern Siberia, go and enjoy.

Wife and I do it every year into the 30's with a 4 season trailer similar to yours without issue.

Common sense goes a long ways.....get a weather forecast.
Sustained 20's, winterize and stay home.
