- MPI_MallardExplorerMy buddy has a Cougar and he got Keystone to send him a new set of decals (after a lot of persuading) which he re-installed himself. Frankly I'd call the manufacturer and remind him that it's HIS GOOS NAME AND BRAND on the front of YOUR TRAILER that people see when they walk by and if their good name and free advertising isn't that important to them then I'd 3m them off, buff out the gel coat and put a nice coat of wax on the nose!!!

What rattle can paint would you suggest? I'm assuming gloss would be the choice?
Thanks

Doubt that those that had it done used paint from a spray can. You need top quality preparation and application of top quality paint. I have watched two rigs have that done down here in Mexico this year and the results were spectacular. - rjsurferExplorerI'd love to get rid of my peeling graphics and paint them back on.

- LetsRVExplorerYes, we had 12 year old decals removed from 36ft Kountry Star DP and then had them painted back on.
Wow, when we went to get it we were very (!) pleasantly surprised how great it looked. Would do it again in a minute. Kept the coach another 4 years and got great comments when we sold it.
