Responce or lack of response

Let me start out by saying, I am a GS Elite, Life member. So why can I NOT get a response from the Elite Member Concierge Service. My wife bought the Rand McNally GPS for me for fathers day. I sent in some information so I could get the $50.00 rebate they offered with the purchase of the unit. They sent it back saying I could not get the rebate. I called the concierge service to find out what I need to do diferently to get the rebate. After talking to someone at the service I was told I would get a call back. I have been waiting 2 days now for a call back. This past January I wrote an e-mail to M Lemonis (CEO) complaining about a Camping World that did some really shoddy work on my camper and still have not gotten a response from him or his staff.

I get stuff in the mail all the time asking me to buy, health insurance, product extended warranty insurance, and all mannor of products and services.

HOW ABOUT THIS GOOD SAM & CAMPING WORLD.

HOW ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE SERVICE I AM ALREADY SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING.

    X2. I'd move this to the GS Club forum. I've personally had a couple complaints I've posted there and got fast responses and fast action on my complaints.
