Ever since we left Yuma heading east my GPS has been so inaccurate with the speed limits in Texas. Now I'm in New Orleans LA and it's all over the place. With the multiple layer of HI ways in the city...

I COMPLETELY agree with you. G-half, however, cannot be convinced....no matter how many times we're routed to roads that are actually creek beds. :)
Btw, we're also encountered the speed limit issue. When incorrect, it has always showed a lower speed limit than is actually posted, so we figured the speed limit had been changed.
There have been a few instances of "variable speed limit" zones (where the speed limit is posted via a lighted sign than can change). There the GPS always showed a speed limit of 35.
Yes, we have done the updates when available.
