It wasn't cheap at 68K, but it had to be the best thought out floor plan we've ever seen. Wife said it was more like a studio apartment than an RV. We saw this unit at the Houston Boat &RV Show a few weeks ago. It was one of the units that I made a note of. Very nice layout, seemed like the social areas and kitchen were easier to live in, rather than having everything laid out in a 36' row.
