What RV type to pull a small boat
I am looking for recommendations for selecting the right type of RV for our specific purpose.
When we go RV'ing; we want to bring a small boat along.
I currently have a slide in camper, it's getting old and my bride does not like it. No restroom or inside shower.
Time to upgrade!
We are now retired and are about to start longer RV trips. (1 week - 4 weeks)
Considering:
1. a small class A (used)
2. small fifth wheel (used)
Other possibilities, find an RV that will haul 2 kayaks or 1 canoe for fishing/boating instead of the boat & trailer.
If we choose the fifth wheel selection, I will need to trade my jeep for a diesel powered PU truck as well.
I understand the extra danger with a fifth wheel and a boat trailer, Texas law allows, but you don't see this often.
Thanks for your help.
