Which Anderson hitch?

I know i'm a little vague on what some of my specs are on the trailer, but the trailer is in ohio and i'm in Okla. I need to get the right hitch before heading up. The truck: 2013 Ram 2500 4x4. The trailer: 2014 Zinger 31sb. The main thing i'm not sure on is the drop of the hitch. They offer a 4" rise/drop, and a 8" rise/drop. The Anderson guy thought I'd be ok with the 4" drop, but does anyone have practical experience with a similar truck and trailer? Thanks

The price is the same, get the 8 and trim off the extra if it gets in the way. I bought the 8 and found out it was way too big. A few minutes with my angle grinder and a little paint and it was perfect!

Thanks babies dadeo. I guess the 8 would be best for versatility. I read your comments on the Anderson and it helped sway(no pun intended) to it.

Get the 8. When I picked up mine I had the choice and was going to just go to the 4 but figured what if I switch trucks? As it is I sit at a 2 inch drop all the time but that is with this truck. If I was pulling with the dodge 3500 I used to have I am betting I would need another inch or 2 of drop. Just my opinion but I would rather have the flexibility.
Btw congrats on the new trailer and on deciding on an Andersen. I pull the combo in my signature with one and love it. If you have any questions about it feel free to pm me.

Happy camping!
