According to the PowerWise literature I received (which included specific insructions for the generator (badly done), specific instructions for the wheel kit (also badly done) and specific insructions for the Juang(sp?) motor which was pretty thorough), the PowerMate runs at 65db-68db which would indicate to me (at least) that it's 65db with no load and 68db at full load?
