It appears my problem with the new Champion 3500 is the gas cap. The Champion customer support is helping me. The odd thing is that there must be a latency in the vacuum caused starveout because I removed the cap and it still gagged. It must take some time to refill the line. I temporarily removed the rubber gasket on the cap and the gen is running great now. Just need to fix the fuel gage, which is next.
